Level 2 was a natural progression from Level 1. We learnt techniques on how to use unstable energies and gained greater proficiency and sensitivity in applying and embodying the higher vibrational energies. The course facilitated open discussion on a diverse range of topics on applying the new consciousness in everyday life. I found the practice sessions of applying the techniques and the discussion from a practical perspective to be really helpful. The course material was clear and concise with high quality diagrams to illustrate the use of each technique. The key highlights for me were the practice sessions where I was able to feel the subtle energies; personal channelling from the Council of Light which provided me with clarity and validation; and also visiting the sacred sites of Chalice Wells, the Tor and Abbey in Glastonbury which was a potent and perfect location for the course. Level 1 opened my understanding of energy, that everything is energy, and ethical utilization of vibrational energy to move through the world is about letting go of cultural, professional and religions rules/restraints.  I learned skills to utilize the vibrational energy. This allowed me freedom to be open to possibilities in the way I thought about life. Now, five years later I have had the wonderful opportunity to be a part of Level 2 training. This has moved me on to new way of being in the world. I now live in the vibrational energy and consciously use it to move through the adventures of each day. The skills taught in Level 2 are the path to tuning in to experiences both in myself and others and use this intuition for manifestation, guidance, and healing. I feel so much more a part of everything, from the ground I walk on, to the plants, animals, birds, sky above and people I meet. I am connected.
